Returns 
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at factorybirdstore@gmail.com

Exchange (if applicable) 
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts (we have one for every item listed on our store) in the product description section.Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at factorybirdstore@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Refunds (if applicable) 
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at factorybirdstore@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at factorybirdstore@gmail.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please take photos or videos and email us at factorybirdstore@gmail.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
